Hospital-standard hygiene – for every surface
Our roots are in building cleaning: since 1999, we have cleaned properties for industry, public authorities and construction. Hospital requirements set our benchmark – we apply hygiene standards proven in hospitals to every surface, from offices to production halls.
For each property, we prepare a dedicated bill of quantities specifying areas, intervals and time windows. A dedicated site supervisor regularly checks quality, documents the results and acts as your direct point of contact. We plan flexibly around cleaning outside operating hours, partial occupancy and changing uses – including container and modular buildings where occupancy and floor area often change.

Do you also clean outside operating hours?
Yes. We schedule cleaning to avoid disrupting your operations – early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends.
How is maintenance cleaning charged?
Usually as a monthly fixed fee based on the bill of quantities. Additional services are shown separately.
What happens if a container building is only partly occupied?
We adapt the areas and intervals to actual occupancy and agree changes directly with you.
How do you ensure quality?
Through dedicated teams, a responsible site supervisor and regular, documented quality inspections.
