Intensive cleaning of heavily soiled floors and surfaces before first occupation or after conversion.

Frequently asked questions about final construction cleaning
What is the difference between initial and final cleaning?
Initial cleaning removes construction debris and coarse dirt during construction. Final cleaning is the last step before handover: all surfaces are cleaned so that the premises can be used immediately.
How is final construction cleaning charged?
Depending on the project, by square metre, by bill of quantities item or as a lump sum per floor. Charges are based on jointly measured quantities, which we document with photographs.
How quickly can you start?
