From installation to care – one provider
A floor covering is only as good as its subfloor and initial care. We inspect and prepare the subfloor, install the flooring professionally and, if required, handle final construction cleaning and initial care. As an approved Dr. Schutz Group partner for floor and surface care, we know how resilient flooring needs to be treated to remain durable and look good.
Modular and container construction in particular often involves several smaller areas at different locations. We coordinate these projects centrally, with one point of contact and one invoice – and can combine flooring with drywall, ceilings and cleaning if required.

On schedule within the construction sequence, including simultaneous work at multiple locations.

Cleaning & handover
Initial care and final construction cleaning – the floor is ready for immediate use.
