Interior fit-out from a single provider – for new builds, existing buildings and especially modular and container construction: walls, ceilings, junctions, doors and windows, on schedule and ready for acceptance.

    Stud partitions, service walls and wall linings with metal or timber framing.

  • Ceilings

    Suspended ceilings, secondary ceilings and ceiling linings.

  • Junctions & making good

    Module joints, transitions between modules and connections to existing buildings.

  • Door installation

    Internal doors, frames and fittings – fully fitted and operational.

  • Window installation

    Installation of windows, including connections and sealing to specification.

  • Filling and surface finishing

    Filling to the required finish quality, ready for painting.

Fit-out for modular and container construction

Modular and container buildings are erected quickly – the on-site fit-out then determines the handover date. Typical tasks include junctions between modules, connections to existing buildings, suspended ceilings, partitions, and door and window installation. This requires a team familiar with modular builders’ processes and able to respond flexibly to work cycles and delivery times.

We undertake these trades as a subcontractor – combined with flooring, demolition and final construction cleaning if required. This reduces the interfaces you need to manage: one team fits out, cleans and hands over. Pricing is itemised against your bill of quantities, with work delivered by our own employees and pre-qualified partners from our network.
