Demolition that prepares the way for fit-out
Whether a change of tenant, refurbishment or extension to an existing building: demolition comes before fit-out. We dismantle interior finishes, floors, ceilings and fitted elements, separate materials on site and arrange professional recovery. This keeps disposal costs predictable and recovery rates high.
Because we also offer drywall, flooring and cleaning, our demolition service does not end at the rubble skip: areas are handed over ready for fit-out to start straight away – by our own team if required. Safety comes first: we plan protective measures, barriers and dust protection comprehensively, particularly when working in occupied premises.
